Visa Process

M-1 Visa

MVP Aero Academy is able to provide M1 Visa's for those full time students who qualify. Upon acceptance by MVP, the student will be provided an acceptance form. The student needs to return the completed and signed acceptance form and a copy of the I-901 form (found at www.fmjfee.com ) to MVP Aero Academy along with a deposit of $1500.00 and financial statements indicating ability to pay for the program requested.

Upon receipt of the acceptance form, a copy of the I-901 form (found online at www.fmjfee.com ), the $1500.00 deposit, and required financial documents, MVP Aero Academy will send to the student the I-20 form and a receipt for the $100 I-901 form via express mail. The student goes to the American Embassy with the I-20 form, the receipt for the I-901 form, the I-901 form, the acceptance letter, and financial documents to obtain the M-1 Student Visa. The initial M-1 Visa will be issued for 6 months.

MVP Aero Academy will deduct a non-refundable fee of $300.00 for the I-20, and a non-refundable fee $100 for the I-901 form, depending on the country the student comes from. Additionally $305 for the first months rent and $500.00 for the housing deposit (if applicable) will be deducted from the $1500.00 deposit. The remaining funds will be placed on account for the student to be used towards training costs. The balance is refundable if the student is rejected by the Embassy.
